Another Dosage...

Yes, in the minds of most people, photography

is not considered a "real art" , which is pretty unfortunate considering that there's alot of beauty involved and more to it than people expect. This picture won Wikipedia's 2007 Picture of the Year award and is of "Broadway Tower" in Broadway, Worcestershire, England. The tower's base is at 1, 024 feet above sea level and is a popular tourist attraction. From the top, on a clear day anyway, it is said that one can see thirteen counties of England on all sides. I actually hope I get to go there one of these days, but with all the places to go and things to do, it's no wonder this great site has been overlooked alot.
Second, I bet you didn't know that April 2 was National PBJ Day. If you do, you have waaay too much time on your hands like me and should be doing something worthwhile other than reading this! Actually, you'd be surprised about all the truly hilarious recognized holidays out there. January 31st is National Gorilla Suit Day and MArch 15th is "Act Happy" Day. Sorry I missed the first one, but Act Happy Day? A little awkward, really...
And finally, a little bit of random (as always) information to entertain those of you out there with slightly different interests. Searching around Wikipedia for about five minutes, I came across an interesting little page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_organized_crime. It details the years of organized crime (drug lords, the mafia, gangs, etc.) all around the world. Strange, because it seems like a yearbook almost, but interesting. For some people, things like the Mafia (or Cosa Nostra as it's formally called) are freaky and usually occult. For me though, in all my random, bizzare glory, I find it quite fascinating. All in a creepy kind of way, but yeah.
Well, unfortunately, that's all I have this week. Maybe by next time, someone will actually read this! Woohoo! Stay random!
