For many who just outright are confused by the English language and its many strange but subtle ways, I can almost guarantee you didn't know these few weird words. They say that Spanish (or is it French?) is the language of love, but English must be the language of weirdness...
Melcryptovestimentaphiliac-A person who steals women's underwear.
Pogonophobia- The mortal fear of beards!
Lubberwort= Another word for junk food.
Ergasiophobe= Someone who is afraid of work (the slacker's disorder!).
Anobium Pertinax= A long, complicated way to say bookworm.
Smack= The name for a group of Jellyfish.
Humuhumunukunukuapuaa= The real name of Hawaii's state fish.
Misomaniac= Someone who just plain hates everything.
Gozzard= A formal term for people who own geese.
And finally, kind of ironic seeing as it's a long word by itself:
Sesquipedalian- Relating to long words...
